Howard Green & Associates, LLC (HGA) was started in 1997 by Howard Green as a community support system for area managers, who were not getting accurate training for management positions at local businesses. With growing concerns from area leaders, Mr. Green and local community leaders decided to set up management training, personal development, and other business-related classes to help local managers get the skills and knowledge that they needed in order to position themselves as successful managers. 

Mr. Green implemented a strategic plan for teaching and training both managers and business owners, by using his own management experiences. By offering these skills, Mr. Green hopes that each person would have a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities of managing an organization. Also, each person would be able to plan, organize, staff and direct their employees to be successful workers.
